Rapid Set Post Fix for Fast, Secure Fence Installation
If you’re looking for a reliable way to secure fence, gate, or sign posts, Rapid Set Post Fix is ideal. This ready-to-use concrete mix fixes posts firmly without traditional mixing methods. It is designed for speed and strength. Whether you’re a professional installer or a DIY enthusiast, it delivers convenience without sacrificing performance.
One key advantage of post fix is its simplicity. There is no need for mixers, wheelbarrows, or complicated ratios. Position your post and pour the post fix into the hole. Add the recommended amount of water and allow the formula to activate. The mix begins setting within minutes. This stabilises the post quickly and reduces movement during installation.
Why Choose Post Fix?
Rapid Set Post Fix creates a strong, durable foundation much faster than traditional concrete. It is ideal when speed matters. This includes emergency fence repairs, boundary replacements, or large-scale installations. Greater efficiency can directly reduce labour costs.
It is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including:
Timber fence posts
Concrete fence posts
Metal railings and gate posts
Garden pergolas and arches
Rotary washing lines
Sign posts and bollards
Rapid set post fix often sets within five to ten minutes. Setting time depends on site and weather conditions. You can move to the next stage without lengthy delays. Once fully cured, it provides a solid, weather-resistant base. It withstands wind loads and ground movement.
Another major benefit of rapid set post fix is consistency. Traditional mixing can produce uneven ratios if measured incorrectly. This may weaken the finished base. A pre-blended formulation delivers reliable strength every time. This is essential for long-term fencing stability.
For best results, dig a hole three times wider than the post. Ensure the depth provides adequate support. Typically, the hole should be at least one-third of the post’s length. Check the post is level before adding mix and water. After pouring, check alignment carefully. Rapid setting leaves less adjustment time than standard concrete.
Whether installing one panel or multiple boundary posts, post fix provides a clean, efficient solution. It reduces manual effort and shortens project timescales. Your posts remain firmly anchored for years to come. If you need strength and simplicity combined, rapid set post fix is a smart choice.
