Unlike lighter garden trellis, the Heavy Diamond Decorative Lattice is manufactured using wide 40mm lattice battens set within a substantial 45mm x 45mm timber frame. The timber is planed for a smooth, high-quality finish, with rounded corners helping to give the panel its distinctive premium appearance.
The overlapping diagonal battens create a classic diamond pattern with approximately 70mm gaps measured from the inside edges. This gives the lattice an attractive open appearance, allowing plenty of natural light and air through while still providing a strong visual feature within the garden.
Pressure Treated for Outdoor Use
Our Heavy Diamond Decorative Lattice is manufactured from pressure-treated softwood, helping protect the timber against fungal decay and wood-boring insects and making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.
The pressure treatment gives new timber its characteristic tanalised green appearance. As the timber is exposed to sunlight and weather, this initial green colour will gradually soften and weather naturally. Variations in colour, grain and knots are normal characteristics of treated natural timber.
