Log Selection

Careful selection of natural resources is key to successful products. We hand-select all raw materials to meet component needs, using the best part of the log. In the ‘green mill,’ we cut logs into rectangular shapes, but high saturation can tear fibers, causing rough surfaces. If the timber needs seasoning, we then dry it to reduce moisture. After seasoning, we then machine the wood to create smooth or custom-shaped surfaces.

Helping to maintain ‘Forests For All Forever’

The global benchmark for responsible forest management, The FSC logo identifies products which contain wood from well-managed forests. These are then certified in accordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council. FSC is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world’s forests.

Our forests give us many things like books, tissues, furniture and equally imports, life. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) helps takes care of forests as well as the people and wildlife who call them home. Buying products identified with either schemes logo helps support the growth of responsible forest management worldwide.
