About our HD Composite Decking Board
Our HD Composite Decking Board is made from constituent elements with significantly different properties that, when combined, produce a material with different characteristics from the original components. It is these characteristics that make composite decking the perfect solution for all gardens.

The Features of HD Composite Decking
Our new HD Composite Decking is a low maintenance and durable alternative to timber. It combines traditional wood appearance with the latest in composite technology. It’s long life, consistent colour and slip resistant properties are just a few reasons why it is becoming a direct replacement for both domestic and commercial decking applications.
HD Composite Decking Board is made from 60% responsibly managed FSC timber, 30% high-density recycled plastic and 10% UV light absorbers and antioxidants. Due to HD Composite Decking’s low water absorption rate, fungal and rotting problems associated with traditional timber decking are now a thing of the past.
Unlike traditional timber, HD Composite Decking requires no staining, treating or painting. Due to the expensive UV inhibitors, the product will maintain its good looks years after installation.
Composite decking is naturally resistant to fungus, the number one cause of rot and decay in traditional timber.
Composite decking will not warp, bend or splinter like traditional timber decking. Rot and decay are also a thing of the past thanks to the naturally fungal resistant nature of wood plastic composite.
There is the equivalent of more than 3,000 recycled plastic bottle caps per square metre of our composite decking.
HD Composite Decking is not only comfortable to walk on barefoot, it’s also safe to do so because of its naturally splinter free properties.
Composite decking is resistant to slippage in wet and dry conditions.
Helping to maintain ‘Forests For All Forever’
The global benchmark for responsible forest management, The FSC logo identifies products which contain wood from well-managed forests. These are certified in accordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council. FSC is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world’s forests.
Our forests give us many things like books, tissues, furniture and so much more. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) helps take care of forests and the people and wildlife who call them home. Buying products identified with either schemes logo helps support the growth of responsible forest management worldwide.
HD Composite Decking uses 100% FSC wood from well managed sustainable sources that can be traced back to its origin, along with recycled plastic.
