• Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.

• Custom-cut timber or made-to-order fencing panels cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

• You are responsible for return costs unless the goods are faulty. We can arrange collection for a fee.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

• If your items are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or for a replacement thereafter.
