The website is excellent, and the ability to browse and 'shop' online in a clear & simple fashion is great. The speed of contact and friendly service from the depot (Andy) when organising the delivery times was first class, and furthermore the delivery took place on time, with the same friendly and efficient ease.
All made for a very pleasant, smooth and confidence inspiring transaction, hence me feeling compelled to just drop you a line to say thanks for the excellent service. Hopefully the fence will be lasting a while (!) so I won't need to shop with you again in the near future, but you will certainly be my first call when I do, and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and neighbours.

What a refreshing purchasing experience. I feel compelled to pen my thanks and gratitude for your recent service and supply of fencing and timber for my garden project. I am not local to any of your depots but after seeing your website then subsequently enquiring with you, and receiving excellent phone service from a gent called Dave, I decided to place my order with yourselves. You not only built my panels to order (I wanted tanalised you only stocked cellbronzed), but delivered within 6 days at a more than reasonable price at the time promised.
A final big thankyou to the delivery driver, he got up at the crack of dawn to make the delivery and when he arrived was cheery, good mannered and unloaded the stuff (with a little help from me) as required in lightning fast time. Give the lad a bonus!

Just a quick thank you to the lads at Derby. When I went in to order my fencing they were great, they helped me load my van and the prices are very affordable. I will be back soon for some more, once I have taken the privet out! Thanks again lads.

My products arrived the day after I placed my order and when it arrived I was amazed at the quality of the product for the price!! I had puchased some fencing previously from a very well know supplier and the quality wasn't a patch on yours and it was much more expensive!
