Which areas do we deliver to?

We can deliver your order to any of the following areas for the indicated flat rate charge;

How soon will your order be delivered?

Under normal circumstances, delivery is available from 2 - 3 working days of the date of your order. During peak season and over Bank Holiday weekends delivery times may be slightly increased. If you need your order for a specific date, please feel free to contact your nearest branch to check on their current delivery lead time. Orders placed after 4.00pm and at weekends will be processed on the following working day.

When is delivery available?

We deliver between 8.00am & 5.00pm on weekdays and between 8.00am & 12.00pm on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays or on Bank Holidays.

How will delivery be arranged?

On the next working day following receipt of your order, our sales team will contact you by telephone to arrange a convenient delivery date. If we are unable to contact you by telephone we will email you with the telephone number of the branch that will be delivering your order so that you can contact them to arrange delivery.

Do you need to be there to receive delivery?

No. If you are happy for us to leave your goods you do not need to be there to receive the delivery. Once goods have been delivered all liabilities will pass to you.

Can you collect an order placed online?

Yes. You will need to enter your home address in the 'Shipping Details' on the first checkout page. On the second checkout page when asked to confirm your delivery area, just select COLLECTION which is at the very bottom of the drop-down box. Once we receive your order we will contact you to arrange which branch you would like to collect from.

Can we deliver outside of the indicated areas?

Possibly. If you do not fall within our usual delivery area, please feel free to conatct our sales department on 01283 575396 and they will be happy to quote you a price.
